At Thoghai Boutique, we strive to ensure you love every piece you purchase. However, if you’re not satisfied, our return and refund policy is designed to make the process seamless for you.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.
Eligibility for Returns:
An unboxing video of the product is required as proof for the return request.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, including all tags and packaging.
Items must be free from stains, makeup marks, and damage.
Proof of purchase (order receipt or confirmation email) is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
Readymade blouses.
Jewelry (for hygiene reasons).
Sale and clearance items.
Sarees that have been altered or fall/pico stitched.
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at thoghaiboutique@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, unboxing video and details of the item you wish to return.
Attach clear pictures of the product for verification.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on shipping the item back to us.
Please Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and it passes inspection, we will process your refund.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If preferred, you may opt for store credit for future purchases.
Damaged or Defective Items:
In the rare instance you receive a damaged or defective product, email us immediately at thoghaiboutique@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for defective or incorrect items. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at thoghaiboutique@gmail.com.

Ensure items are packed securely to prevent damage during transit.
Use a reliable and trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
